The Wood County Clerk's office is an authorized acceptance agent for passports!

Application Requirements
To obtain a passport you need to provide the following:
- Two passport photographs of yourself
- Proof of U.S. citizenship (i.e. 1 certified copy AND one photocopy of birth certificate or naturalization/birth abroad certificate)
- A valid form of photo identification such as a driver's license.
Your passport photos can be taken in the County Clerk's office. The charge is $10.
Passport Fees
- Age 16 and over - $130 check or money order payable to "U.S. Department of State"
plus $35 execution fee payable to "Wood County Clerk" (execution fee may be cash
or check).
- Age 15 and under - $100 check or money order payable to "U.S. Department of State"
plus $35 execution fee payable to "Wood County Clerk" (execution fee may be cash
or check).
Passport Cards
The passport card will facilitate entry and expedite document processing at U.S.
land and sea ports-of-entry when arriving from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and
Bermuda . The card may not be used to travel by air. It will otherwise carry the
rights and privileges of the U.S. passport book and will be adjudicated to the exact
same standards.
